The standard email-based scheduling system most mediators use often leads to delays and frustrations. Our scheduling process eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth by allowing you to request dates directly through an online form. It’s faster, more reliable, and ensures you know whether a date is available immediately.
Due to high demand, we use a fair and balanced approach when assigning dates. Our system considers the type of case, size of the matter, and past requests, prioritizing those who missed out in previous months. We also maintain an element of first-come-first-served, so make sure to submit your form promptly when dates are released!
