After graduating with a degree in Public Policy, Emmalee began working at a law firm and quickly became an administrative superstar. Along the way she met Brandon and helped him launch and grow his mediation practice. She is now the Operations Manager for M Resolution and handles pretty much everything, including Brandon, which is a full-time job itself. 🤣 She is passionate about M Resolution and its mission and loves managing business operations, interfacing with customers, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting AIM and Lawyers vs. Hunger.

Emmalee is the smiling face you meet before each mediation. She loves to spread joy and peace in every aspect of the mediation process, whether it be a quick “hello,” an intro on Zoom, an UberEats lunch voucher, or an email confirming a mediation booking or anything in between. She is committed to helping all mediation participants have a positive experience from the initial inquiry about potential dates to the bottle of champagne you receive to celebrate a successful mediation.

Outside of work, Emmalee loves spending time with friends and family and going to Southern California to visit the Happiest Place on Earth. Emmalee is also very involved with her local church, staying connected with the various groups she is a part of and using her talents to serve on weekends and whenever else she can.
