Every day, I get a hundred emails from title companies, home warranty companies, pest companies, and every other kind of company you can imagine. They ask for a minute, an hour, or a free-lunch-provided day of my time so they can bore me with some new thing that is of no value to me and ends up costing my clients money.
And I am really tired of it.
So, when I first heard about your Short-Sale Seminar four months ago, I thought it was just another one of those things. Boy, was I wrong!
It turned out to be one of the most enjoyable, informative, and ultimately productive days of my career.
Now, you have come back with a refresher course - the re-introduction to HAFA - and done it by webinar. I'm going to have to add "convenient" to my list of accolades.
Once again, you have managed to find a way to teach this old dog some new tricks - and shown me how to offer some much-needed assistance and a ray of hope to almost anyone who purchased a home between 2004 and 2008, finds themselves under a mountain of debt, and have no equity.
I cannot thank you enough! You guys continue to fill the void - offering a service to not only my industry, but the homeowners who support us.

With the explosion of short sales, and the business they represent, it’s absolutely necessary, for agents who take their business seriously, to obtain current, applicable and legitimate information.
Whether you want to work with short sales or not, being educated and knowledgeable is a must.
