Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Scott Thompson, with the mission of assisting homeowners overburdened by
mortgage debt to negotiate agreements with their lender to either modify their loan or sell the property and settle the mortgage at a
discount – a Short Sale.
Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc. works directly with real estate brokers and agents who represent homeowners facing mortgage
difficulties to reach agreements with the lenders involved. Our fee is paid by the real estate broker who retains our services.
Because we are contacted by homeowners from all across the country, we have set up an agent referral network
of Short Sale real estate professionals to assist those homeowners looking for an agent to help them.
Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc., does not employ these real estate professionals,
and provide access to the agent referral network solely for the informational purposes.
